Welcome to Stethoscope to Success ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using this website (stethoscope-to-success.com), our tutoring services, courses, workshops, bootcamps, or any related products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Stethoscope to Success provides educational tutoring, exam preparation courses, live workshops, bootcamps, and digital study materials related to nursing education, including but not limited to NCLEX-RN, TEAS, HESI, and FNP/NP board exam preparation.

Our Services are educational in nature and are designed to support your learning and exam preparation. We do not guarantee that use of our Services will result in passing any licensing exam, certification exam, or academic course. Success depends on many individual factors outside our control, including your own study effort, prior preparation, and performance on exam day.

Content provided through our Services is for educational and exam-preparation purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for professional clinical judgment, supervision, or your nursing program's curriculum.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers, including Square and Thinkific. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Tutoring Attendance Policy: Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions start and end at the scheduled time; if you arrive late, the session still ends on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, or miss the session, it counts as a no-show and the session is forfeited (charged in full).

Bootcamp Attendance Policy: Cancel at least 7 days before the bootcamp for a full refund or credit toward a future bootcamp. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a future bootcamp, at our discretion. If you don't attend without notice, it counts as a no-show: your seat is forfeited, with no refund or transfer.

If We Cancel a Bootcamp: If we cancel or reschedule a bootcamp, you may transfer to the next bootcamp or receive a full refund.

Tutoring Payments: Tutoring sessions and packages are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase; unused sessions expire after that.

Rescheduling: With at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule a single session once, or up to 2 sessions per package. Additional reschedule requests count as a used session.

If Nurse Nicole Cancels: If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you'll get a free reschedule at a time that works for you, or a credit toward a future session.

Technical Issues: Please test your internet, audio, and Zoom before each session. Time lost to technical problems on your end counts toward your session. If the problem is on our end, we'll make up the lost time.

All course materials, lecture content, slide decks, videos, practice questions, cheat sheets, and other materials provided through our Services are the intellectual property of Stethoscope to Success and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, resell, publicly share, or reproduce any materials without our express written permission.

Recording and Content Protection: Tutoring sessions, bootcamps, and workshops are not recorded or shared with students. You may not record, screenshot, photograph, or otherwise capture any session or course material by any means, including screen recorders and AI note-taking tools. All materials are for your personal exam preparation only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing them is prohibited and will result in immediate loss of access without a refund, and we may take legal action.

Community Guidelines: In the Stethoscope to Success Community, be respectful and supportive. No spam, advertising, or selling. Do not post real NCLEX exam questions (they are confidential under NCSBN rules) or share Stethoscope to Success paid content. Do not post patient information or ask for medical advice about real patients. We may remove posts or members who break these rules.

You agree to use the Services only for their intended educational purpose and not to:

• Share your account access or purchased materials with others without authorization
• Record, copy, or redistribute live workshop or bootcamp content
• Use the Services in any way that is unlawful, harassing, or disruptive to other students

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Stethoscope to Success related to workshops, bootcamps, tutoring, and promotional offers. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the information below. Your participation is voluntary and not a condition of purchasing any Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stethoscope to Success disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
