Refund & Cancellation Policy

If We Cancel a Bootcamp: If we cancel or reschedule a bootcamp, you may transfer to the next bootcamp or receive a full refund.

Bootcamp Attendance Policy: Cancel at least 7 days before the bootcamp for a full refund or credit toward a future bootcamp. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a future bootcamp, at our discretion. If you don't attend without notice, it counts as a no-show: your seat is forfeited, with no refund or transfer.

Tutoring Payments: Tutoring sessions and packages are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase; unused sessions expire after that.

Rescheduling: With at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule a single session once, or up to 2 sessions per package. Additional reschedule requests count as a used session.

If Nurse Nicole Cancels: If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you'll get a free reschedule at a time that works for you, or a credit toward a future session.

Technical Issues: Please test your internet, audio, and Zoom before each session. Time lost to technical problems on your end counts toward your session. If the problem is on our end, we'll make up the lost time.

Tutoring Attendance Policy: Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions start and end at the scheduled time; if you arrive late, the session still ends on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, or miss the session, it counts as a no-show and the session is forfeited (charged in full).

Master the NCLEX membership: Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. You'll keep access through the end of the billing period you've paid for, with no partial refunds. The 12-month plan is refundable within 7 days of purchase if you've completed less than 20% of the lessons.

NCLEX Starter Kit and other digital products: Because these are delivered instantly, they're non-refundable once accessed.

No pass guarantee: Our programs help you prepare, but we can't guarantee NCLEX results.
